PRODUCT INFORMATION
There are 2 majors factors for today equipments operation; 1.) The Heat & 2.) The Heavy Load. And yet cost is the general concerned to most of the industrial users, then a multipurpose application grease is the only solution.

Non-melting: SPEC’99 202 is thickened with Bentonite Clay, where it is known in non-melt characteristic, good performing in high temperature, especially recommended for Kiln Car wheel bearing, Furnace door bearings, Heat Exchange motor bearing, Oven Conveyor bearing, Oven Blower shaft bearing, Electric Motor bearing, excellent for extended greasing interval purposes, etc…

Water Resistant: SPEC’99 202 has good metal adhesiveness and high water tolerance, that make it tough to wash away by high pressure water.

Oxidation Inhibitor: A high VI based oil is the important factor for SPEC’99 202 to prolong oxidation process, yet it is strengthened with exclusive high performance Oxidation Inhibiting additives, to extended its service life.

Application Precautions: SPEC’99 202 are not compatible with other greases and cannot be mixed. Former soap type greases must be cleaned out completely, before changing over to SPEC’99 202, otherwise, will be expected grease thin off at the initial application, if this situation happen, re-grease several time in a short interval, till used grease being clean out to minimum, then SPEC’99 202 will give an unexpected satisfactory lubrication and protection performance.
