PRODUCT INFORMATION

Today cooling system are facing two great difficulties, these are lack of lubrication and rust. SPEC’99 - 606 is the problem solver to these factors.

Excellent Heat transfer properties: SPEC’99 – 606 cooling system that help to raise the boiling point of the water, as for today automobile industry 1 out of 5 vehicles have cooling system breakdown rapid frequents, due to the advanced technology progress requirements, heavy load, high speed, reduce engine compression, popularity of passenger car air-conditioners and reduce size of radiator, SPEC’99 – 606 is getting more important role for cooling function.

High lubricity: SPEC’99 – 606 has a good lubricity function, which will lubricate the water pump well, to prevent water pump cavitations, to protect seal from harden and cracking, prolong the service life of the thermostat
Control Scale: A variety of water is being used on coolant system, where scale is growing rapidly, scale can cause warped engine blocks, restrict and retards the transfer of heat from the engine block and heads and overheating damage.

Rust and corrosion inhibitors: SPEC’99 – 606 protect against rust and corrosion on all the metallic components: aluminum, cast iron, copper, steel brass and solder etc.

Application and recommendation: About 100ml of SPEC’99 to 10 liters of water (or 1%), the SPEC’99 – 606 is widely recommended in Engine Radiator, Cooling Tower, Water hydraulic system etc.

Application Method:
1. Drain off the water and used coolants (if any) through drain plug and drain cock completely, and refill a clean water run the motor to normal operating temperature drain again repeatedly, until the liquid is nearly colorless.
2. Add the SPEC’99 – 606 according to the formula and the fill with clean water
3. Run the engine for about 15 minutes with the radiator cap remove.
4. Stop the engine, ensure the coolant reach the radiator overflow tube and the reservoir is full with coolant, final checking for leaks in system including hose clamps.
