Every Engineer understand that seal deterioration will result a costly downtime; repairing and parts replacement will eat up the profit unconsciously, seals deteriorate is common and expected due to aging, dry out, chip and cracks and it is a major cause of equipment malfunction, lost of fluid.

SPEC 640 is designed for lubricate, protect and prolong the life of all types of seals. It help to quickly stop leaking from hydraulic system, transmission.

SPEC 640 contains no harmful chlorides or solvents, as solvent will soften the seal excessively, chloride will deteriorate the rubber and corrode metal. SPEC 640 will not burn or combustible, is odorless, harmless to body and completely non-toxic, safe to use.

SPEC 640 has sufficient level of lubricating properties that will help to reduce wear and friction while it performing leak sealing. On the other hand it will not affect the viscosity of transmission/hydraulic oil, no affect to clutch plate linings.

SPEC 640 is stable in high temperature operation that help to reduce oxidation deposit, varnish and sludge formation, physically does not cause acid formation, which help to prolong hydraulic system and fluid life.

SPEC 640 can recondition old dry transmission seals, help smooth a rough shifting transmission, and help the transmission run cooler and last longer. SPEC 640 mixes with all factory approved transmission fluids

Widely used in all possible industry that equipment has hydraulic / transmission system; Recommended for tippers, forklifts, dumper, construction equipment, mining, tailgates, tractors, backhoes, hoists and all related hydraulic systems, automatic transmission systems. Ratio: 10-20 % depend on the leakage condition.
