PRODUCT INFORMATION

SPEC’99 - 910 combines the good cooling characteristics of conventional water soluble oils with the high load carrying properties of an active cutting coolant. It cover wide cutting range, from easy to machine to difficult to machine metals.

HIGH E.P CHARACTERISTICS: SPEC’99 - 910 has a built – in E.P. additives, that give protection against scratching, scoring, gouging, seizing etc.

EXCELLENT COOLING FUNCTIONS: SPEC’99 - 910 has an excellent cooling ability to the heavy cutting metal that prevent over heating and fire risks.

TOOL LIFE EXTENSION: With the balanced additive package, improved lubricity, reduce frictional, cooling properties that attributed to longer tool life, and reduce downtimes.

EMULSION STABILITY: SPEC’99 - 910 emulsions stable to the hard water or even under various changes of temperatures.

RUST AND CORROSION PROTECTION: SPEC’99 - 910 contains excellent rust inhibitor that help to minimize corrosive and rust formation to finish parts after cutting jobs.

VERSATILE APPLICATION: Used in all types of ferrous metals, surface broaching, pipe threading, plain drilling, sawing and thread and form grinding, and plain grinding, it also can be used on aluminum.

RECOMMENDED RATION: Oil to water ration 1:30 through 1:60 depend on light through heavy machining.
